Welp, it's been a while... hasn't it?
I've not dabbled with actual digital art besides sprites in a while.
Still making a pmd like game tho, if anyone was asking

But yeah, I just decided to draw a kecleon after seeing a stupid image of a breaded dragon leaning on a twig, hahah
This isn't for any group or pmd universe really (least not yet), so any backstory and lore is sorta not there ()

If I had to sum this guy up, Rhascalii (R-ah-sk-ou-lee) is a rouge known for misleading pokemon into thinking he's a traveling merchant guild member. Usually spotted on commonly tread paths, he comes out of nowhere and offers passers-by a deal on his "goods". Usually he'll have a carpet set up nearby with a couple displays with some rather peculiar items set up, most of these items are look-alike items he charges at the price of normal items (things such as Oren berries at the price of an Oran berry). If someone catches on to his act, he may first pretend to have not realized that what he had were junk items, apologizing and usually playing an act of him "getting too old for this". Once the traveler has let their guard down, he may offer you an actual deal with real items and as you turn your back to leave he would proceed to shadow sneak behind and snatch some items without making a sound. If things don't go to plan he immediately use flash to blind the traveler and activate his Apathy-beads to take you items or his decoy beads to create a decoy that will mislead the traveler while Rhascalii makes his escape.

So yeah, I need more time to iron out this guy, heck I'd love to hear ways to improve the summary and I'd love some critiques on ways to improve my art.
