I knew I heard of this song before... Although, I'm not quite sure yet what I'm looking for in it. I figured it was in slow-mo, so I sped it up 200%, and also reversed the audio track when I thought I heard reverse lyrics... but yeah. I've heard this one song before. If there was an image implanted in this wav file, or some hidden lyrics that I may have missed, I couldn't hear them... O.o Then again, I'm not even sure if I was even supposed to restore the song back to its old self. Maybe there's some metadata that I missed. *looks again*

if you don't set the reverse effect on it, he definitely says "I'm just like you" I'm not sure if this is helpful for us because it's just a part of the song.

I did apply reverse, just the lyrics were a bit hard to hear. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but I'm just not seeing anything new. Could try comparing with the original: [link]

ok I tried a few things in audacity. I've applied the reverse effect on it, set the speed to 210%, pitched the whole thing a bit and supriseeee, I got SKRILLEX - scary monsters and nice sprites.

Hit boxes seem a little off. Clicking anywhere near the center of the screen damaged all enemies on the field so it all came down to how fast I could click. Still had to aim for any Parasprites near the bottom of the screen strangely and keyboard controls still don't work for me. Fun game for a bit but the bugs kill the addictiveness pretty quickly.

The hurtbox for the lazer is completely wrong; if I aimed up at a 45 degree angle, I could hit ever parasprite on screen without adjusting my aim at all.
So it was entirely about clicking speed.
All in all, this game was still pretty fun even though it's broken beyond comprehension.

590, and it looks like one of the middle parasprites takes damage when you hit a high parasprite.

The hitbox is a little confusing. I can fire over the parasprites and still hit them, allowing me to attack the higher ones and mid level ones at the same time.
Other than that you may want to expand the game a bit, like instead of an infinite (although slow) healing spell, maybe have healing items that you can collect. Maybe something like a floating package you only need to hit once to get the heal.
Also maybe consider spell upgrades/alternatives. Like a quick and focused high-damage beam, or a low power but high spread beam. It would be a little complicated to balance, like the the high focus beam would need a slow rate of fire, but it's an idea.
Regardless, you have a pretty good game here. You should definitely plan to expand.

Healing's speed renders it pointless
Pinkie should have her one-mare-band equipment when she takes the parasprites out, maybe play a brief clip of the Parasprite Polka.
