Very nice piece! This shot... it looks so simple, and yet, evokes numerous powerful emotions within!
I like how there is more floorboard shown, then there is of the wall. It really depicts a sense of distance, and it just makes those emotions inside, all the more powerful!
The quality, however, can be improved. Maybe try different functions/options with your camera..? There's always something new that you will find! ;D eg. different ways to approach, et cetera.
