Changes in the drawing:
- I accept request for change after sketching is complete, and before I ask the first part of payment.
- Major or excessive changes may have an extra cost
- If there is a mistake on my part changes will be made free of charge.
About the payment:
- Characters with complex designs may have an extra fee.
- If there are additional fees not included in the first payment, the full work won't be sent until they have been paid.
- If you cancel after it has been started, you will receive a refund for the work that hasn't been completed.
- No refunds after the work is completed.
