The only filter I used was a polarizer. This image is composed from two different exposures. One before the sunset, and after the sunset when it was dark enough to use long exposure.
Then two images were combined into one. The sky comes the 'before sunset' exposure, the ocean texture comes from the 'after sunset' exposure, but the ocean lights were taken from the 'before sunset' exposure.
