Oh it is very good. If you like Invader Zim (and I know you do) you'll love Sergeant Frog/Keroro Gunso.
It has great characters from the humans (including a paranormally obsessed brother and a scary powerful older sister - almost Dib and Gaz like) to the aliens (token anime characters, the hot headed one, cute one, brainiac, mysterious one and crazy leader), as well as good references to well known animes (Gundam, Lupin, even Star Wars) and it's over all a good read.
