Cartoon Network uses Cheese for about three or so (I've only seen three) promo shorts, a red background and just Cheese walking back and forth. In one he licks the screen and says tv tastes funny, another one he's pretending to be a pony. Another he's got lipstick on and calls himself pretty.So blame that.

I think the part of the actual episode he's in where he's in the go-cart is the best thing EVER.
