Description Check out the Exercise and Download the Practice Sheet HERE
EXERCISE:  Taking your creativity and applying it to a similar base in order to create a recognizable halloween character.
In this halloween themed exercise, you are challenged to take each “blank” head bust below and use it as a foundation for each of the 5 character themes given. This is meant as a creative applying exercise meant to take something as ordinary as a base head and mold it into something extraordinary. The five are some of the top creatures/characters associated with halloween with the vampire, frankenstrein, mummy, witch, and zombie. Work on your shading and values, you should keep your lighting rather simple so that you can focus simply on the subject matter you are creating.

i've downloaded the exercise sheet, and i wonder if it might be acting weird in ps elements? it's like an invisible layer makes the colors i apply for each bust fade, opacity is set to 100% on both my working layer and brush and i've tried to shove them around to check if i'm placing them wrong..

This looks very exiting. I am wondering is anyone allowed to do this or only those signed up for that website?

It's just an exercise, so anyone can do it (to my knowledge) I do them all the time.  You can sign up for a free account on the conceptcookie site, too
