An adopt i bought from Agent Soda on the Splatoon Amino.
Just a quick sketchy doodle.
"Congratulations passenger you are the Lucky (unlucky) 10,000th applicant. Whats your special prize? Nothing! Now let us see if you can make it to the promised land."

-10,000th applicant.
-Doesn't remember his name or anything about where he originally came from.
-He somehow ended up in the Metro and never really attempted (much) to get to the "Promised land".
-He did a few stages (struggled a lot, was always down to his last re-spawn, almost died on the last stage he did)
-He is partly sanitised.
-He just gave up and decided to try live in the underground area.
-He is a mess and can barely keep himself together without getting paranoid about something bad happening/going wrong.
-He knows there is currently a way to the surface because of applicant 10,008 (Kelpsy), but he doesn't want to leave he is scared of what could be out there. He would rather stay down there where he is a bit more familiar and feels safe, with his friends.
-He has a few sea angel friends that he hangs out with (he feels less stressed when one of them is around).
-Since he doesn't have a name his friends help by trying to give him one. He's gone through multiple different names but never sticks to one, he thinks none of them suit him.
-He does accept the nicknames; Nil,zero or Lucky.
