Sweet! Love the P'andor/NRG cape. Clever! Whose chin is it? It's definitely not Ultimate Spidermonkey's. I would've done this:

Head, Neck/Cape, Lower Left Arms, Torso: Same as yours.
Upper Right Arm: Same as yours, but the Cromastone spikes would be Andreas'/Armodrillo's pistons. And he'd have a piston on his elbow.
Upper Left Arm: Andreas'/Armodrillo's arm fused with Ultimate Kevin's arm, but without the pistons.
All Hands: Bivalvan's/Waterhazard's water ports.
Lower Right Arm: Spidermonkey's arm fused with Ra'ad's/Amp-Fibian's tentacle.
Legs and Feet: Bivalvan's/Waterhazard's legs, with Jetray's right foot and Rath's left foot.
