its funny that there are so many comments refering to the colored tips looking lipstickish
funny because many of the tracer shells i have fired have colored tips
lipstick, trace.. ok.. maybe its just me..

Well the wood is way out of proportion to the shells, the red tip is too "red" and "clean" and the actual shell bit (not the casing) needs a different/darker texture. Otherwise it's nice.

The wood shade make a good blur reflection of the light making it almost real, and the textures of shells too!

realy nice bullets, but i must say that red part sort off remove the cool part off the picture, but mayby the bullets have red tips, i dont know.

Looks like lipstick to me. I think the red is a good idea, but perhaps dripping a bit of blood would be a good abstract statement, like the tips were dipped in a puddle of fresh blood. Really nice modeling though!

Looks good, although from my experience, the tips are usually a dark gold color, I think it would look better that way, but hey, thats just my opinion.
