At least, I'm led to believe he's a Wonderbolt Commander since his shoulder boards have three stripes.Definitely not the first time this pose has been vectored.
Even so, I still wanted to try it because honestly, this is one of my favorite poses he has from the few appearances he's ever had on the show to this point.
Part of a scheduled vector barrage of Landmark520 's favorite pony for his birthday.
Also thought I'd fix his hindlegs up per this , since there are other stallions in the show that have the same look on their hindlegs, and I guess some flash templates in the actual show haven't been updated since Season 1, which was also 's first, and last major non-cameo appearance.
In addition, the shirt that he wears isn't symmetrical, on at least the tie and the two Wonderbolt emblems, so I've made a separate mirrored version if you're going to have him face the other way here:
