Description
For a personal project to categorize the Digimon in evolution charts. All evolutions are straight lines, where the Digimon evolve through normal means.This one is Zurumon, who evolves into evil creatures and foul mutants! What sort of evils lurk in the Unknown DigiArea?!
Based off of the original V-Pet, version 5: lcd.wtw-x.net/VpetEvoChart5
Zurumon -> Pagumon -> Gazimon / Gizamon
Gazimon -> Devidramon -> SkullGreymon -> ChaosGreymon
Gazimon -> DarkTyrannomon -> MetalTyrannomon -> Machinedramon
Gizamon -> Cyclonemon -> WaruSeadramon -> ChaosSeadramon
Gizamon -> Deltamon -> Kimeramon -> Milleniummon
Gazimon / Gizamon (junk evolution) -> Raremon -> ExTyrannomon -> Ghoulmon
UPDATE 2.1 : Babamon replaces Ghoulmon as ExTyrannomon's evolution to parallel the vaccine puppet line of Monzaemon and Jijimon.
UPDATE: The whole tree has been radically reworked to present a more consistent theme. Devidramon no longer evolves to LadyDevimon / Lilithmon and Cyclonemon no longer evolves to Datamon / Parasimon.

So here's a thought.
Gizamon -> Cyclonemon -> WaruSeadramon.......?
Cyclo and WaruSea have the similar helmets, and making Gizamon (sort of an evil version of Betamon, right?) a parallel to Betamon would be very cool.
If not that, then I'll probably go Cyclonemon -> SkullGreymon -> ChaosWarGreymon, since I've worked out potential lines for the other chaos lords... though the ChaosSeadramon line doesn't work as well as this one, granted...

For what it's worth, Gizamon, Cyclonemon, and WaruSeadramon all have the same color eyes, and Gizamon and WaruSeadramon have the same color hair/fur, I just realized. o___O I'm liking that one more and more.

Go ahead, mate, it works perfectly for you. It just doesn't work for me as it uses a re-colour (though to be fair, my Giza > Cyclo line does too in BlackWarGreymon, but I have my reasons).

I do have to wonder, are you just sort of ignoring the existence of the color-swapped subspecies, or what...? I know they were basically just wild versions in Digimon World, is that it?

I'm treating them as pallete-swaps. ie. They fit in my trees in exactly the same spot as the Digimon they are a re-colour of. If they are a higher level than the original, then they work like a burst mode for that Digimon.

Yeah, I had planned to make a Virus version of any relevant charts (to place viral versions of guys like Agumon and WarGreymon; since they're not really different Digimon so much as corrupted versions of the same Digimon, you know?) Which would have BlackWarGreymon... I just don't feel that BlackWarGreymon makes sense coming from Gizamon and Cyclomon. But, it's possible I'm thinking too narrow as well; I had to expand my scope of thinking to make most of these work, so I suppose it can't hurt...

Fair enough. These are your charts and you should do them your way. Taking on all the Digimon is a huge task. I'm being very restrictive in which I use.
