This is my dear Raichu Angel, also from my gameplay of Pokemon Rejuvenation.The color scheme kinda reminds me of Forget-me-nots so I associate this shiny mon with them.
Took a lot more soft resets for it than Velvet but was so worth it! (Actually accidentally soft resetted over it at first but got it back immediately afterwards.)
