STH was originally gonna wear a cowboy hat in this scene but the sprite I requested wasn't done in time.

coming off of the last episode's post credit scene, Vinnie was sold to Sodor for $1000 (or about £809.) and when he arrived, he wasn't given a warm welcome yet, and after Sir Topham Hatt explained what happened to get to the current times, he tells Vinnie (full name Vincent) to collect some coal cars for the power plant.
