I thought I'd upload something about Percy this weekend given how much we learned about him this week.

sow a few months ago I was scrolling through Twitter (drinks a cup of water) when I saw that someone had gotten some prototypes to the new Wooden Railway Range, one of those engines was Percy and with the wheels they way they are, it was brought to the fandom's attention that Percy doesn't that have counter weights, so I got percy's wheel size, looked for another engine with the same sized wheels with counter weights, copied the counter weights, and pasted and painted them onto Percy's wheels. (rather simple work really)
