Why? Because they took Optimus Prime away from us in Predacons Rising at the VERY END of the story! And it looks to me like they have NO intention of bringing him back! You can say otherwise, but I do NOT trust Hasbro anymore!
In a way, they killed my father...and there was NO NEED to do so! They could've thought of another way to restore Cybertron! But no!
Let me tell you something: if you want drama, it is perfectly possible to tell a story with it WITHOUT breaking people's hearts! Why...since Optimus was lost...I've even had thoughts of suicide! And I hope Hasbro is happy with that...that they are now among those who make people want to put bullets in their brains and blades in their wrists! I hate them!!

Don't count on it. I read the synopsis for episode 13 - he's comin' back. Just you wait. The other Primes are just training him up some - then they'll kick him back out like a rebellious teenager.

And also the little fact that I read on the TF wiki page somewhere that Cullen and Hasbro have sort of an agreement: If they were to permanently kill off Optimus for good (as in never bring him back) he will literally stop voicing him. Hasbro so far has stuck to that agreement.
