Earth Elementals
The following is information on those in the world of Mosai in "The Heroes of Mosai" series who hold the element of earth.

Personality: Descended from the Dragon of Immovable Grounds, Ginrokusha, earth elementals have a hardy and rational character and are typically very reliable. They are generally trustworthy and strong-willed. Friends and family of these elementals often experience a strong sense of security and protection when they're around.

Markings: Ginrokusha is known for his down-to-earth nature and is rumored to give great life advice to those that visit him. His realm is encomapassed in a large rocky cavern. Deep within the cavern lies Ginrokusha inside his room where there is said to be many gorgeous glistening stones lining the walls. The colors of the earth elementals represent the natural colors of the earth. These natural colors and paterns are signatures of the connection that earth elementals have with the land and enhance their hardy apperances. These elementals usually come in any shades of black, gray, brown, and white.

Physiology: The earth elementals' body was given the ability to withstand normally deadly impacts. Their bones are said to be able to withstand over twenty-five tons of boulders on average without breaking. They can also momentarily harden their skin, briefly making it as strong as steel though this renders them immobile for a short time.

History: Earth elementals were the only group that did not leave the original coalition of the elementals (C.O.E). They also did not participate in the decade long "Steam War" that was waged between the Fire, Air, Water and Lightning elementals. After the plant elementals moved further south, they expanded their society but it remained unnamed in hopes that one day the other elements would chose to return. It was only given a name a century ago after the plant kingdoms' Kagay pleaded to the Rock Kagay to take in the survivors from the demon hoards that had raveged their kingdom. The new kingdom was renamed "Nachuru" meaning "Natural (i.e., nature) Alliance".Lucklily, thanks to the protection of the rock kingdom, the plant kingdom's numbers have been steadily increasing and the plant elementals show their gratitude by working as medics to heal the sick and injured. The closeness of the two kingdoms was further solidified by the marriage of the current rock and plant kagays Rokkushirudo and Hana respectively.
