This is great! I love the treatment of the hair and the muscles are well rendered. The two spots that may need some work are the area between the neck and his left shoulder (looks too big compared to his right side) and his nose. His head is angled away from the viewer, but his nose looks like it is pointing more at the viewer. You shouldn't being seeing as much of his left nostril as the right. Also, you have really nice range of values around his eyes (good job on the eyes!), but not as much on the nose. Perhaps some lighter highlights and darker shadows would help. I hope this is helpful. Overall great job!
