one of indonesian celebrities has just bought a new ferrari car, another made 1 billion rupiah birthday party, another one has just told everybody how proud she was because her skin was so tanned after going holiday in Ibiza, one of a political party leaders' son has just spent almost 1 billion rupiah just to make his car looks good. the other children has just arrived from s'pore because she heard that s'pore was having a big sale, she spent almost 100 million rupiah there, and there are thousands of people spend lots of money just to get one night drunk in the bar..and..yet..we still this kinda pic..and we're talking bout thousands or perhaps millions of Indonesian children have the same condition..and the sad things is they did this only to get a piece of meal and not even the decent one..sometimes i'm just wondering if everybody in Indonesia just donate a thousand rupiah (aprrox. 15 cent us dollar) we'll see much more less pic oh this kinda situation..but again..we're now facing a big threat ever in Indonesian history (after colonialism period of course), something that i call, ignorance. ignorance of young generation....nice pic bro

yes..I weep to realise what this picture is about.......such a natural childlike pose, looks very peaceful BUT then the worn clothes, the tired look, the plaster to her face and the begging tin..it is all wrong...what has gone wrong with our world for this to happen?
Thank you for reminding us of such terrible and tragic events.....reminding us that we all have responisibilty to change our world...but how?

Itcould be easy for some people to dismiss this as a schmatltzy attempt at pullingatthe heartstrings. But I think this is not. It's very honest and probing because this and the otherone you have this little girl says so much about her condition.
I think you should continue with the journalistic photos as well becuase this was a great story told in one image.
