I would have to say Godzilla. Godzilla has more attacks to choose from, and is faster than the Colossal Titan. The Colossal Titan is a lumbering behemoth that can only This-Is-Sparta style kick a wall down.

Gotta go with Godzilla, the Colossal Titan hasn't really shown any real combat feats to my knowledge, he just kicks down a wall and he's big at 60 meters tall, and if you're using the Godzilla in the picture(from the recent movie) then, Goji is about twice as big as the titan, not to mention Godzilla in every incarnation can take tank and missile fire to the face and it have little to no effect, with the exception of the Armored Titan, almost every titan in Attack on Titan seems to be pretty susceptible to cannon fire, and since Colossal Titan has exposed muscles, I doubt he has any real resistance to cannon fire other than his sheer size and regeneration which might be a mute point if Godzilla gets a good shot in with his atomic breath, and that will end the titan

And the colossal titan is SUPER slow. Easy stomp in godzillas favor. Single headshot with nuclear fire breath, fight over.

He has pretty much no ranged protection. Its hard to get close to him because of his super heated body, but Godzilla isnt bothered by heat.
