Description
Dex is the brains between him and Panski. His voice box is messed up so all you hear is static when he talks so he made a mask that can make his voice and allows him to mimic anyone else's voice. The earpieces he wears allow him to understand any language spoken to him and translate it. The keyboard around him is a halo that floats above his head which can be used for a number of thing, ring blades, a screen, a chair, throwing disc, etc.
