it is, it hasnt quite taken off here in australia well as far as i know, but it would be so good if we got some jrock bands that came here...that would help plus id get to see bands i like lol its mainly for me >.< dangit!

i guess the most important is to have a very freaky look like contactlenses and coloured hair in freaky colours
and the clothes are a mix of gothic and punk ^^
