Description
Scrapper is the Labrador retriever in charge of the recycling. He brings neat stuff back to Runt so he can reuse it, and teaches the town all about where certain materials go (like how you can recycle cardboard but you can't recycle pizza boxes bc of the grease). He's very easygoing and loves to lounge around the town.you'll meet Runt soon!
