Well I returned, and what do I give you~? A another OC! Yay (?)

Honestly though, it feels good to draw a little again (been so busy). Anyways, this is another vocaloid OC of mine (expect more of her). I named her Meru which is based off of "Mel" (my nickname... Yep I am arrogant enough to name something off of me deal with it).
At the time she was more of a doodle but I got serious towards the end. I tried to vamp her up with a little help from PS but when I saved it as a jpeg the "intensity" of the piece went down. WHY IS THAT!? For all you PS users... Why does it look one way in PS but when you save it, its color intensity changes?

Well, originally she was suppose to be more of a cute kid, but she turned out older... [fail].
