Description
For short, they go by Phillup. Primarily, this is the product of me wanting that dragon badge so I whipped out a quick sketch and through together some colors. I wanted to play around with proportions to have fun with anatomy, so here is Phillup!

I am also gonna put them up for grabs for peeps interested. I'm looking mostly for USD but I will also accept art, breeding slots and/or genos for ARPG species, or other offers. I will choose the offer that is the most appealing to me and will throw in color swabs and a flat version to the owner.
