alright. Devin was not always a Charchu, he was once a Shiny charmander living a normal life.. till when he was 10, his home was destoryed and was seperated from his family

also, he was trun into a charchu in a experement gone wrong by his Master who is dead now.. so now as a Charchu he is out still finding his family. DEvin is also cute and very popular even well known almost by anyone.
