Hey I'm curious if these brushes are royalty free? such as if I use them in a picture/comic/animation/etc and I want to sell the image that uses the brushes in it at an art convention or something would that be allowed?

depends on what program you use. These are made for Photoshop and will work in CS CS2 CS3 and CS4.
