Description

This is partly inspired by one of Nevada’s earlier flags. Honestly I could have just taken that one and removed the words to make it usable, but where is the fun in that?

Much like Montana , Nevada also has a thing for gold and silver. This time I felt daring and used actual silver (well, grey rather) instead of white to make it more interesting. It also sets the flag apart from the colour scheme I used for the Connecticut redesign .

I’m gonna be honest here and admit that this design is pure looks; I haven’t actually thought about the symbolism of any of the elements. The blue bend kinda alludes to the shape of the border with California, but that’s fucking weaksauce. Also no idea what the stars represent. Six just seemed like an aesthetically pleasing number.
