An ethereal lightning mega tier design for Moonkelpie
Though slight in stature, the guardian of the north makes up for it with astonishing speed, appearing in a flash of light and a roll of thunder. It can channel massive amounts of electrical energy through its horn, calling down lightning strikes and forming its magic into great, gossamer wings of pure energy.
