Description
This is a piece i was commisioned to do of Afro Samurai. I really had fun choosing the colors, to give it that nighttime kinda feel.Hope you enjoy it Evan!
Painter IX-8 hrs
Everything is now edited. I changed the entire position of the blade, which i felt like helped the overall image. Added some bling, a ring and earrings and a chain, the charm is the symbol on the Hagakure Book.

It's nice...but...well...Since I'm a swordfighter, I can tell that the grip is too loose. It's like in Zoro, some crippled old man could knock it out of his hands with a spoon...
But that's just the way you've drawn it. What you've painted is alright. Did you intend on spending more time detailing the small items, such as the ring, necklace, and sword, than you did other things, like the guy's hair, and the grass?

whats up with his left hand? or to be more precise his little finger, it looks crippled, almost like an eagles claw... i donΒ΄t get whats the pose of his fingers there that do not hold the cigarette.

It's a very nice piece but you got the muscle placement wrong on the right arm, which is kind of disapointing since it is close to the middle of the picture, the "buldge" should be on the top and not on the side since the arm is twisting away from the torso, everything else is pretty snazzy though bro keep it up.
