Nice work, and I love the atmosphere.
If I have one, tiny, tiny complaint/observation, I think the main character would be improved if there was one knife missing from his holster - the one that is in his hand. This is probably a complete non-issue, but it jumped out at me straight away. This is not take away from a great painting however which is beautifully executed.

Very beautiful, I like the lighting contrast between the blue around the victim to the orange on the assassin. The bone handles on all the daggers and the wrists is inspired

glowing knife is not a good asset for an assassin...
love the outfit though.

what if its activated right before the kill o.O
aesthetically it looks badass, and more interesting than if the blade was dull metal
and the outfit has great cohesion, well done!
