There's an apple I've been wanting to pickBut its green
I want it at its peak
Not an old apple
I need it perfect
Pluck it from where its secured to the tree
And take a bit out of it
Wait and watch as the inside quickly browns
And grabbing it by its stem
Ill twist it between my fingers
Held before my eyes it flashes its ruby exterior
And then the newly discolored cavity
After this I will tell my self with certainty
This is only natural
