Description
This was a request for !She wants me to make a comic that is related to "Invader Zim". So I decided to do a comic about Gir (Since he is dressing up as a strange dog and I figure to make Gir the "Creepy Dog" that stares people souls).
And create a real life Gir and god it took me a while to make this with paint and I guess I did a nice job on it I guess. 
It took me about 30mins-1 1/2 hours. hope you enjoy this request!

That's so true and so cute....AND HOW THE HECK DID YOU MAKE THAT ONE PAINT!?!??! All my paint things suck like he$$.

I guess it doesn't hurt to share a detail on this.
Well all you have to do is:
1. Go on bing or other websites and find a random dog/puppy photo.
2. Go to photoshop and try to paint (With matching colors) it really nicely as possible.
3. Crop the Character's Eyes & Zipper (From the character)
4. Make sure everything is all good and order.
And you are done.
