The main idea of this alternate universe is that almost the entire (or entire) Garfield franchise is Garfield's dreams. In real life, he is quite an ordinary lazy cat. He doesn't walk on two legs and doesn't act like a human (actually very similar to the oldest Garfield comic strips)
