If you ask why mer!Robin has blue tinged hair. I'll just act like its a super well thought out camouflage trait and most mermaids have Hair that fade into te colour of their tail for hunting purposes and protection blabla.

totally not me giving in to the viscous barbie hair crayon impulses...

Moving on-

She was supposed to have a barb in her tail, one of the few natural defensive weapons they have, note: the barb is a ling spine, and much like bee stingers it will snap usually after use, and require extraneous energy to regrow over three or so months. So it's not used nilly willy.

Background wise, eh not too impressed with its result. Its practice but at least it's coloursful, i also got lazy with the scales but 38 hours of work into a piece will do that to anyone.

Discoloration on her waist is a result of her constant habit to beach and drags herself on land.
