He is the anthropomorphic Barracuda in the Hero of Sea dragon king series and also serves as the villain of the series.

He is equivalent to Fang the sniper in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He was born in the Saroma Arriet Empire (located in Brazil in the Latin American region of the real world) and attended the Imperial National Military Academy when he was 15 years old.

After graduation, he worked in the Empire's special mercenary department, participated in many battles, and formed a mercenary team with Lightning the Electric eel and Brute the Arowana, a total of 8 members, and also served as the team leader.
