Description
The Tri-Gears Empire created updated version of Mobile Droid. Mecha Droid is the mankind's savior and Devi's replacement. Mecha Devi was sent to Area 51 for the military exam. During the battle experience, Mecha Devi was controlled by the mechanics, who work for the Tri-Gears Empire, until Shinobi stealth killed them and took control of Mecha Devi. Mecha Devi was reprogrammed to target against the human race and the Federation.

Devi ran toward to the Mecha Devi and transformed into his magna form. Magna Devi risen to protect the people from the threat of the Mecha Devi. However, Mecha Devi was built with advanced armed technology like val-can fingers and beam sabers to overpowered the Magna. Magna Devi face against a challenging opponent than other magna he fought.
