Picture of a broken chambered nautilus.Dedicating this picture to my young friend Daniel Beach who is fighting for his life against cancer.
The chambered nautilus has been poetically symbolized by Oliver Wendell Holmes as an example of life’s journey. I chose a broken nautilus because that journey is not always smooth. Such is the case with Daniel.
