New OC : o Just bought from Coffiku It's not done yet but ahh I had to post it b/c I was loving his vale thingie
{EDIT} Still not done but coming along hmm I'll have to fix the ends of his hair, I don't like them hmmm

His name is Halogen and he's especially volatile.
Personality:
Lazy, compulsive, short attention span, looks down on others, sadistic when prompted usually just lazy as hell
PS his tattoos move around on his body like smoke and when he needs to fight he can turn them into smoke and manifest them in his hand, usually as fluoride as that's is so volatile that it can make glass catch on fire yay!
So b/c of that he's the best worst, he's too flashy assassin around and has no friends b/c everyone is terribly afraid of him.
When he's calm and when needed he can turn his tattoos into iodine to treat infections. I think I'll make another OC called Alkali and they'll be the best/worst friends ever
