Like I said a while ago.
In Okami comics, you can get away with lamely drawn backgrounds.
And let us just say that Oki and Waka and Ammy are on the Plains of Non-Existance.

Oki and Waka are relatively on good terms with each other.
Apart from competing for Ammy.
So, Oki, in Waka's mind frame, is a relatively trusted ally.
So that why they swapped "masks".

Mask for a mask.
Hat for a hat.
Hat for a mask.

Yes, Waka has conversations with himself.
Come on, you know it's awesome.
Admit it.

Now, what I don't understand is why everyone in the last comic was like "it's alive! D:"
Like, why the "D:"?
That' hat's awesome!

I love the hat~
It make meh happeh.

Waka was lonely for 200 years because that's how long he had to wait before his ma cherie came back to life.

...Actually, I'm kinda glad these are slow moving...

The first day after posting, I had over 60 messages in my inbox.
The day after, 50.
The day after that, 46 (lol, I'm good at memorising random numbers. )
Excluding the 20 < x replies that haunt my inbox, that's still a lot.

The last ones really bugged me.
A LOT.
Mental Note to Self: You can only get away with lamely drawn backgrounds in Okami if you use authentic colours.
