Michael's holiday were longer than he planned: infact he decided to travel for 3 weeks more because his model agency was focusing on an all female project and all the male models had more free time. He then went to Europe and traveled around Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. While he was visiting museums, theatres and cities he also enjoyed the local food: Pizza, gelato, wine, pretzel, german beer, paella and tapas. Nedless to say he never put one of his feet inside a gym for the entire vacation. After a total period of six week he went home in New York, just the night before going back to work.

-Oh my Gosh, I can't believe that - cried Michael when he saw the number on the scale. The scale was displaying 167,1 lbs, he was 132,1 only one month and a half before. He knows he has gained a little weight because of all the foods but he never imagined to be far beyond the extra 30. He put on a shirt and a pair of trousers and closed his black belt. His belly was poking out his tight white shirt, and the buttons were squeezing his rounder abdomen, causing him to feel embarassed. He was staring himself in the mirror when he decided to take a selfie. - I will start dieting from now on and go back to the gym right after the agency, time to go back to my former self - thought Michal while he was closing the door of his apartment. He went straight to the metro station to reach his workplace.
