Wyngro Design Concept for thank you so much friend! I hope this concept is a helpful stepping stone to a design you love!
I managed to do some of these on my vacation even if I didn't have the internet to post them weeee- Anyway I didn't know if this was more masculine or feminine for the royal aspect since those tend to have very different looks for the clothing so I tried to keep it ambiguous.

Base: Keep Similar
Theme: Night time, winter solstice, corvids (black birds), royalty
Upgrades: Quill Tail | Tiny Feathered Arm Wings | Smooth Shaped Mouth | Slit Pupils | Elegant Hair | Brow Changer | Coloured Sclera | Smooth Shaped Mouth | No Ears | Rolling Horns | Noble Neck Fluff | Thumbs | Earth Spikes | Small Defined Claws | Ori Legs | Feather Tufts | Body Fur | Feather Butt | Gradient | Spot Markings | Band Markings | Box Markings | Stripe Markings

Unlimited Clothing: Big long sleeves for those wings, gradiented into purple known for symbolising royalty. Foot guards, silver lining and clasps with a loose crescent moon shape for the moon theme. The clasp at the neck keeps a cloak on with more fur lining to really buff out the mantle look to show power
- Any actual feathers I kept to the corvid black, slightly blue tint for that shiny look
- For the tail I added a yellow gradient for a peak of the sun appearing in the dark blues and purples of the winter scape
- With another feather butt skirt to lay elegantly over to add more feathers and wealthy layers
- The yellows combined allow for a metallic look which I implemented anywhere their was a 'tough' or shiny surface - claws, horns etc and in places such as the bands at the wrists to give off the appearance of jewellery and real metal being used
- Two fingers have been capped with earth spikes to make those fake claw cap looks to further imply wealthy jewellery
- Midnight blue thighs and back with speckled stars against a softer underbelly that's brightened by twilight
- That leads into the face placement that imitates a quills shell since this is a half quill
- Speaking of, the quills we know of are heavily centred in the desert so I tried to play with desert royalty for inspiration while keeping the midnight colouring. Deserts at night if you will, since lands like Antarctica are by definition deserts too (just cold ones)
- Fluff around the neck to play as a mantle of power
- Accented by the placements on the shoulders with false beading
- Lighter placements and markings on the arms like gloves or bracers
- A no ear and horns only combo so the head didn't become cluttered and the focus can be on the golden horns with stripes to play as shines
- Pale clean hair pined up high, thick and voluminous to show good health and lifestyle
