EDIT 5: Just to clear the air here, I know that Sakine Meiko, Akita Neru, Yowane Haku, Kasane Teto, and Black Rock Shooter are not Vocaloids. Sakine Meiko is a fanmade vocaloid based off of MEIKO; Akita Neru and Yowane Haku are based off of Hatsune Miku; Kasane Teto is and UTAU; and BRS is a reproduction of Hatsune Miku in her song 'Black Rock Shooter'. They are up with the Vocaloid sprites because they are extremely popular and are spin-offs of Vocaloid, so I only thought it proper to post them with the other sprites.

Meiko is the original, and the other one with the Microphone is Sakine Meiko, which is a fan-made version of Meiko, with a higher sound pitch of Meiko.
Much like Neru and Haku are fan-mades of Miku.
