EDIT: After thinking about it, I decided to change Glory's dad back to Fancy Pants, and give Rarity's family a better background. The poor girl doesn't need to suffer that much, she was always the romantic.

However, they are divorced. Don't worry, it's actually a very happy divorce!

Bio:
Glory did not only get from her mother her physical characteristics: She as well have the same values and a very similar personality. Generosity being her mom's Element of Harmony, she is always there to help anyone who needs support.
Glory followed her beloved aunt's hoof steps and started a musical career, in which she succeeded amazingly. She is Countess Coloratura's special apprentice, and the pop singer even became her manager.
Even with her extremely busy schedule, Glory always have time for her friends, and visits Ponyville weekly. She helps often her mother with both the Carousel Boutique and the Canterlot Boutique.

Background:
As Rarity became more and more popular, Fancy Pants supported the young mare, giving her tips, criticizing her dresses, as well as seizing every opportunity he had to recommend her to the nobles. Soon, the two of them took an interest in each other, and started dating. They eventually married and had a daughter named Glory.

However, as the years went by and as Glory grew, Rarity and Fancy Pants felt their love weaken. By the time Glory was 5, her parents felt more as friends than an actual couple, and decided to divorce. Everything went very well, and Glory understood perfectly as her daddy and her mommy explained to her that they didn't feel the same way towards each other anymore as auntie Sweetie and uncle Spike did. Even after the break-up, they remained really close friends, with a relationship like the one they had before dating, but with a daughter added to the mix.

Fancy Pants ended up marrying two years later Fleur dis Lee, his close colleague, and had after this two other daughters. Both Rarity and Glory welcomed the newcomers into their lives with open hooves. After all, they were part of the family now.

Fun Facts:
- She loves Opal, and Opal loves her too. In fact, Opal appreciates Glory more than Rarity.
- Glory adopted one of Opal's kitten, and named her Pearl. (I'll design her some day and add her to the sheet)
- She is Countess Coloratura's pupil.
- Her earring was a birthday present from Rarity for her 13th anniversary, who designed it specially for her. It's her lucky charm, she doesn't get it off often.
- She is a matchmaker.
- Glory has great magical power and precision. She never uses it because she doesn't have a use for it. She ends up rather not using it, playing around with it, or using it in a time of need. Which is like, never. (fun fact by: Clarity83 - more infos )
