do ya have photoshop elements? cause it's easy, do it frame by frame, and put each frame on a different layer, then click "save for web" (right next to 'save'), then check the box for 'animate' and 'loop' and choose the frame delay....ummm i hope that helps any....otherwise it can also be found in help contents of PSE
