Commission for my friend, Jen. I drew a sailor moon themed character for her, well, YEARS ago (yes, I know it's very much like Usagi, we were KIDS then! XD) and she asked me if I could re-draw her up for her, so I did.Can you tell we both also liked Rainbow Bright? X3
