He's the ninth in a series of genetic experiments created by Team Rocket: a Pikachu / Zapdos hybrid. His body is mostly Pikachu, but he has birdlike eyes and pointed head feathers. He lacks the familiar red cheek markings--instead, his body generates power from all over. He has an undersized power capacity and his energy is too strong for his body to handle. Once he lets go even a fraction of his power, his body naturally tries to expel the rest of it.

He has a defiant and abrasive personality, with a tendency to use violence to get the job done. However, there are moments where can be compassionate towards those he trusts.
