i dont quite get why he's electrocuting that bush... or what that yellow leaf is for...
but it's pretty darn cute. what kinda of chu is it? did they bring out a brown and red one?
the movement of the eyes isnt so exiting, try playing around with the amount of inbetweens. make it slow at the start then finish fast. same when he opens them again. that goes for the tail as well really... it'll just make the movements more dynamic.
