Hi folks!So in the last month, Takai's taken a shine to playing Overwatch. She's still a little green behind the ears, but she really likes playing DVa, even though she can't fit in the mech (or in the control point, for that matter). It makes a great stuffed animal, though! And I'm of course playing as my favorite tiny frozen wrecking ball.
I hope everyone's doing well! Before anyone asks, I am still working on the next page of The Start of Something Big, but this month has been even more hectic than the last one. I'm hopeful that October's going to be a good month, though. Look for a journal later on with a little announcement about my plans.

Her official height, as of her last measurement , is 10' 4". Β She hasn't really grown any since then, but we aren't ruling out the possibility that she might grow taller in the future.Β
And yep, she does grow when exposed to water. 10' 4" is really just her base height.

Pharah is the one I play most, honestly. I am trying to get more comfortable playing others though since you need to have a few you can play at any time based on team makeup. So I have been learning D.Va, Zenyatta, Reinhardt, and Mei.. but Mei is hard. lol

That happens to me sometimes when the picture was just recently uploaded. dA I think saves a thumbnail of some sort upon upload, but if they've got a lot of volume, I could see issues arising in that process. This is just guesstimation though. Β Maybe try googling it or asking their tech support?

I really should get back into playing this game, all the characters are so fun! Every character is so different and I love it. Really cute!

I think that's what really makes the game for me. I'm not big into shooters, but the characters are so fun and dynamic, I feel like I'd be interested in seeing them in just about any game. (Honestly, I'm kind of hoping they take the cast of Overwatch and make a campaign or something out of it XD )

I'd say the one I am most comfortable with is Pharah. But I am loving playing D.Va now and learning Zenyatta as well. Chibi plays a lot of them though. Mei, Junkrat, Symmetra, Reinhardt.. he likes to be in their face. Me - not so much. LOLΒ

I have yet to actually play Ana. I mostly play Pharah (probably best with her/most experienced), D.Va, and Zenyatta. I am trying to learn how to play one of each really well, but I struggle to find a good defensive for me. Though Mei is by far the cutest to pick from the defensive line!!

Mei is pretty darn cute! I tend to stick to the healers or support haha. Symmetra is another fun one with the turrets. Oh I love Zenyatta! He is such a whacky character to play as, killed a charging Reinhaldt with him.Β
Ana is a lot of fun, because I do enjoy playing the sniper role! Plus healing from across the map is a great advantage. I would say give her a shot when you get the chance. Difficult at first to play as, but once you get the hang of her she is fun. Plus that sleeper dart.Β

My aim is pretty shit, if I'm being honest. I am good at aiming in general directions though!! Hahaha. I did enjoy Symmetra, but I don't know the maps well enough yet to know the best placements for turrets and whatnot, so I would just line them all over the place randomly with no rhyme or reason when I played her.Β
Right now when I play I am still mostly vs. AI because I'm not confident enough to play vs. real people. Or good enough. I didn't think I would like it so when I got into the beta I didn't really use it much, but I wish I DID now, so I'd have some sort of better idea what I was doing.

My roommates and I used to play COD on a daily basis, and I always chose sniper because they didn't. Got decent with it. Hahaha, spray and pray, love it!
For Symmetra I just place the turrets on doors and stuff lol. Enemy walks in and boom. I don't know the maps that well either.
One of my roommates got the game the day it came out. No beta, just BAM game. I wish I played the beta, but I jumped right into the support role. I play League and Sona is my best champ. Support for days because not many people play them lol. When we are dying it's like fuck, by McRee and hello Mercy. Do you have it for the PC or PS4?

I play on PC. I used to play CoD a lot on my xbox, but I think I was very much into spray and pray.. and I apologized a lot to my friend I played with because I died a LOT. haha

Hahaha, best way to learn. I have Left 4 Dead on steam and I was teaching a friend how to play. She was totally new to it, did not know about the car alarms. We come to the first one, and I'm like never do this. *shoot it and ran*. Teaching the hard way, but we saved her in the end.

Chibi!This is sooooo stinking cuuuute :3 her hitbox must be ginormous! haha man, the ideas for this are flooding my mind. Her struggling to hold an indoor objective, and maybe just reach her hand inside to get in it. Or just walking with the payload

Her hitbox is huge. It's usually pretty hard to not hit her.
And I can totally see her football-carrying the payload, just to spike it at the goal (inadvertently destroying the payload XD ). And yeah, those indoor objectives are tough. I can see her getting just plain stuck trying to squeeze into the shrine at Hanamura. XD
And I'm really glad you noticed that! I think one other person mentioned that, but I don't think they made the connection that it's her cutie mark.
